Data We Collect

We collect: email address and name (account creation), order inputs you submit (for AI processing), payment data (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers), usage data (for service improvement).

How We Use Data

Your order inputs are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate outputs. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI services.

Data Retention

Order outputs are stored for 12 months. Account data is retained until deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@aigigs.app.

Third Parties

We use: Stripe (payments), Anthropic/OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email), Railway (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (httpOnly JWT) and a referral tracking cookie. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email privacy@aigigs.app for any data requests. GDPR and CCPA rights apply.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes.
